So there obviously has been many threads going around about MREV. But, i need some advice cuz its gotten to the point where im just confused. What's the best set up for a 2006 5AT Coupe? MREV or MREV+ or MREV2 or 5/16'' spacer or 1/2'' or something? HELP PLEASE!

i hate to break it to you, but unlike other cars, there is no correct answer to which mods yield the most power..........you jst have to take your chances and go with a certain combo

He just wants to know what his options are for his specific car.

The Mrev is not an option nore is the Mrev+. It doesn't go with an 06 auto.

The Mrev2 will fit your car.

what's up, cat daddy... hope you had a good weekend... here's the quote from motordyne's site...

"This stealth modification adds 12HP-14HP and reduces the effect of power robbing heat soak. This plenum spacer can be used for maximum performance enhancement. It also adds a substantially deeper growl under the hood.

The 1/2" plenum spacer is fully compatible with the engine cover but is too large to fit the stock strut bar. With the engine cover in place the engine bay looks completely stock with the only difference being the strut bar is not installed."

the G has no strut bar, so that's not an issue... i thought i was correct in my assumption that you could replace cover with 1/2" spacer... just had to re-read... get the one described above...it's the 1/2" spacer with ISO thermal...

my boy Jeremy! What's up?! Yea i called Andy and spoke to him and he told me all about it. I'm actually pretty sure that i'm going with the 1/2'' spacer, just have to save up the money for it. its like $360 + shipping. Def dont have that kinda money at the moment especially cuz i bought your Intake and i got a $100 ticket today. No fun!! Anyways...i'm pretty sure i'll be in ATL on the 16th. Im getting the final answer tomorrow. Holla at your boy!

Haha...well either way i'm going to have to wait like 2 or 3 weeks to buy it if its the right price. If you can find it for cheaper, it would def be awesome. I'll do some searching as well. I got a ticket a few weeks ago when i went to Washington DC. I got caught by one of those speed camera's. I didnt even see the damn thing cuz it was night and raining bad. I did 61 in a 35. But i recieved it in the mail today.
But yes...i def have a lead foot. Even though i had my brothers Explorer, i still managed to drive fast in that thing. LoL! Damn tickets. Now i'm $100 poorer.
