Thread/Pitch on 6MT ****?

What is the thread pitch on the G35 6MT Coupe?

Or maybe this is easier...is it the same as the 90-96 300ZX series? I'd like to know before I try to get the round ball 6MT shift **** off...man I hate that thing.
