how do i get over big speed bumps without getting my car scratched underneath!!? And where is the scratching noise coming from/ or off? please help! I've tried going over it very very slowly, and going at an angle, but it still doesn't work!

Re: speed bump

go at a bigger angle, or try to avoid them all together.
i've gone over large speedbumps and no problem here

im talking about large...as in 6 feet long and 7 or 8 inches high

Re: speed bump

if you don't want to hear the scraping sound, do what i do. turn the stereo up as loud as it can go.

Re: speed bump

Yeah it will scrape a little on tall speed bumps. It does not touch body works though. I can't pin point exactly where it would scrape, but my guess is either the exhaust tube right in the middle of our long wheel base or some other steel chassis part. When I went a little too fast the one time it sounded like it was the exhaust pipe, but when I checked it out, I can't see any scratches on it.
