Help 7,750 miles and problems

After months of thought, I finally bought a lazer red 05 coupe, with 7,750 miles on it. It had 1 owner and I bought it from a Toyota dealership. To make a long story short, there were not that many 05 red 6spds for sale around me to I went to this Toyota dealership 2 hours away. They just delivered the car to me today, and after going over the manual I have a few questions, hope you all can lead me in the right directions. Very happy to be here!
The cd player will not let me load cds, but the radio works great. It says to Push Eject? I read the manual and did everything right, is this a normal defect? I also noticed today that all 4 rotors are nicely scored and when going about 20mph and coasting you hear some noise and when applying the brakes at lower speeds like 20mph more noise, but the brakes work very well still and no squeaking. What are the thoughts on this? The car does not even have 10,000 miles on it yet. Other than these 2 things the car is amazing. I would just dive the car back but I am limited with time and the 2 hr drive each way sucks if both of these things are covered by the local infiniti dealer.

I'm not too clear on this, but I thought you had to choose which tray you wanna load ( radio keys 1-6 ), after you hit the load key ...

Brakes won't be covered but the CD player will be.

I can tell you that my 03 sedan had a bit of brake squeak at low speeds. So maybe it's normal.

Let me ask this, when you hit the load button and push a 1-6 slot shouldnt the slot to insert the cd open and start the motor to pull the cd in? It is not doing that at all. The brake issue almost sounds like a wheel bearing issue to be honest, but since the rotor are scored I am clueless, it might even be normal for all I know, if this car has aggressive pads stock??

The 03's had aggressive pads they were changed 3 times before I traded the car in for an 06 coupe about a month ago.

And yes when you hit the load button the door should open and you should be able to insert the CD. They'll definitely fix that under warranty.

Take the car in to the Infiniti dealer tell them about the CD player (definitely covered) and the brakes but say you don't want it fixed unless it's covered under warranty. If they won't cover it bring it back to the Toyota dealer where you bought it.

on an 05 model (like mine), there's no "door" for the CDs. just press the LOAD button, then one of the six buttons to choose which tray, then it should say Insert CD. if it's not letting you do that, then you should take it to the dealership.

as for the brakes, i dunno...i have about 9500 miles on mine and no problems with brakes.

Dude, this a perfect excuse to do bbk. As far as the cd changer goes, don't worry take it to the dealer they'll take care of it.

The Toyota dealer should help you with the brakes.
Infiniti dealer will help with cd player.

^+1. Since you bought an '05 with low miles from a franchise store they will almost certainly help you with the brakes. Infiniti warranty will cover the CD.

Wow thanks for all the advice, this site is awesome. I plan on going to the local dealer about the cd player.
I noticed that the front 2 rotors have pretty deep scores, 1 of the rear rotors has some scoring but the other side has none. And featering has to do with what camber?
