its the design of the wheel that determines if it will clear a BBK not the offsets

uuu lala that looks freaking good... i cant really see how the spokes are but it does look like they're out... like the work vs-xx are pretty flat from the face so they dont clear BBK's

actually your 100 percent wrong, if the rim has a smaller offset that means the wheels sticks out farther from the hub, hence you can use it with a big brake.

Offset is only a general assumption in brake fitment, real fitment issues exsist with the individual rim and the inner design of the spokes in combination with the offset, and width. Typically, any 19 or 20 inch rim is good for diamater wise, anything around 15-35 typically fits. especially if its a 9 or 91/2 inch rim. The width of the rim and the offset together are a pretty good indicator, if the size is smaller, its a good idea to then look at the inner spokes. +1 for fitment.

if what you were saying is right then a wheel with a 19 offset and a 6 inch lip would clear a bbk. The offset may be a certain number but the spokes still wont clear a caliper if the design isnt right. You need to look at the width and the offset, as well as the spoke design

I almost bought those RH when I was looking. They told me they would clear my Brembos. I ended up going with the Maya STM (very similar to the RH) and they told me the same thing. However since I had changed my rotors out and replaced with drilled slotted Rotora's they did not clear. Luckily all we had to do was add a 7mm spacer and put in longer lug stems and now I am good to go. So I imagine you should be good and if not a spacer should take care of the problem.
