06 Spoiler Removal?

I've got an 06 6MT and I want to swap the spoiler to the 03-05 style. No comments on what style everyone likes please, it's been beat to death.

Anyway, I've removed the three nuts that fasten the spoiler to the trunk lid, but there appears to be approximately four white plastic clips that hold it down as well. The clips are placed such that you can't really get to them to release them.

Has anyone successfully removed the OEM spoiler? How?

What color is your car? Are the mounting points the same for the two styles? I hope to be getting my 05 in a week or so if things work out, wanna trade spoilers? I'm working on a deal for an Athens Blue 05.

I just did the spioler swap. I had the dealership do it.It is
a straight swap. The problem is the glue. The Dealership pulled
some of the paint off when they removed the old spoiler. I was
without my car for a week. Just be careful. I am happy i did it. Good Luck
