Crashed my G!

Damn!! I wrecked my car on 5 FWY heading North yesterday... this sucks, I end up rear ending a truck as I dozed off in traffic...car was towed today and i'll find out what the cost is later today...doesnt seem to be any frame damage...My air bags went on both driver and passenger side...a friend of mine told me because of that usually insurance companies consider that as a total loss...is that true?...I hope not... I can't part my G

I wonder why the passenger airbag blew. Isn't it off when it's not occupied? If it's totalled, that would be a good thing. 1) You can then get a new one, and 2) you don't want to have to deal with fixed repairs. Your car will never be factory perfect.

well first off ..glad your okay and alive thats what really matters...secondly i hate to break it to you, but thats pretty much totaled there....my accident was about the same and it wasnt that bad..my grand total in damage was 19,875...it was all front end damage..but you couldnt really tell from the outside...yours seems to be alot worse....but then again, another guy on here had 20, 000 grand in damage and his car was totaled..im gald my insurance thought other wise...but who knows...i could be completly wrong and you'll have your car in the shop for a couple of months

or on the brighter side get an M3

Here are some additional pictures I took this morning before it got towed off to the shop,
I wonder why the passenger airbag blew. Isn't it off when it's not occupied?
well I was by myself and it still blew, so there goes that theory
