If you want further antenna distance, put the tip of the button-pusher (FOB?) at the bottom of your chin with the FOB aiming upwards and your thumb upward and on the throat-side. (like you were gonna kill yourself with your FOB-gun!)

You'll notice a good 30ft distance improvement.
