its the same $hit just a new system. No slower, no faster... if you dont like the lower numbers... get over it and stop whining. who really wants to buy an 07 when the redesign is coming next year anyways???

i think and hope the 08 coupe will have more hp than the sedan when it comes out, when it originally came out the 03 coupe had 280 and the sedan had 265, so hopefully the 08 coupe can crack the 320 hp mark!

we should be thankful that the SAE ratings are only a few below what infiniti originally claimed..... take my gf's old car '05 Acura TL, rated by acura at 270hp, but when the '06s came out, with exact same engine same everything it was rated at 250hp SAE.... i would be bummed to "lose" 20 ponies......... but now she's got an 06 330i

Enhancements to the 2007 G35 Coupe include:

· Standard Intelligent Key (not available on G35 Coupe 6MT)

· Standard auto on/off headlights

Since I always buy a 6 speed, the big enhancement for me will be auto headlights. Sorry Infiniti but that's not going to get me to open my wallet. Moreover if all the '08 coupe has to offer is a redesign, then that's not going to do it either. I've got to own something that's quicker than a 5K lb luxury cruiser like the LS 430. It's getting kind of bad when mammoth luxury cars are faster than my supposed performance coupe.

The last I heard for the performance specs for the 08 coupe, Nissan was estimating around 320 hp. the hp will definitely be over 300.
