sure they drive audis because those are made in china, and people who do own expansive cars also has the "Jia" plate meaning they are officials, there is no misconception about china, because they try to hide everything they do but can't hide how ****ty they drive, traffic law is a joke there and emissions? you will never see sunny sky for how much smog they've made in the past 5 years. oh and bring your allergy medicine and keep your G here.

Man...China ain't too bad in these days.. They do have expensive car over there. Ferrari, Limbo, BEN, Lexus. there are rich people live over there too, u know. And Chinese people KNOW what's Luxury.

Back to ur case. Nah, you shouldn't bring ur G there. If u have a high pay job, get a car over there. IF not, ride BART. They have a very good bart network over there.

True on your points. But, I still wouldn't bring the G there. Its just not worth it If you have your heart set on it, why not wait till you've been there 6 months and after you've been there a while revisit the subject?

I don't know much about China, but it'd be much cheaper to import a G to Korea then buying it there. A BMW 7 series costs over a million dollars to buy there. There's only 2 Ferrari Enzos (one at a dealership and one private owned). Expect them to pay at least 10 and easily up to 25 million for that car.

things are so cheap there, you could probably hire some poor sap for piggy back rides with a sack of rice and a cell phone.

ok, that was too much, but it's almost always a terrible idea to try and ship your car overseas unless it's a super rare commodity.

There are plenty of cool cars you can get there, just sell it and buy yourself a new toy. and by new toy, I mean a wife.

YES! Out of all the places I've been to, the only place I was scared for my life while in a cab, was in shanghai. The traffic there is crazy. They don't even pay attention to the signals, it's just for decoration. I was talking to the cab driver, and he told me when you cross the street to not make eye contact with any of the drivers. Just look down and walk to the other side... He said the drivers will drive around you

When I took a cab from the airport to the hotel, I watched as the taxi driver was driving 140km/h in like a 60km/h zone.... Honking at bicyclists and pedestrians. It was like the pedestrians were cones on an autox track.

And rush-hour traffic... It made LA traffic look like a sunday drive.

I've been to India and I had 3 near-s**t in pants experiences. Between the motorized rigshaws, motor bikes and buses it was like human frogger.
