seems like my G is falling apart

1. Driver side window wont roll up. after a day or so it will roll up and then a day passes and it gets stuck down again. what the hell is going on?! i was thinking some kind of electrical problem?
2. Radio keeps on freezing
3. strong rattle from the front passenger side
4. rear shocks keep squicking everytime i get in and out of the car.

I know the dealer is going to blame it all on the accident i had, do they have the right to refuse any of these services?? the car is only 7 months old with less then 10,000 miles..... will the dealer help me with ALL this?
gawd this is pisssssssssinnnnn me offff!!!!!
thanks for any help/advice i appreciate it.

2006 Black coupe-- 9700 miles. f

if you had it fixed there, they should take care of it.

If the dealer didn't fix it how would they know about the accident. Just get them to take care of em one at a time.
By the way how bad was the accident??

I have a 2004 Coupe and I got that same damn creek from the rear of the car when I get in or out of the car.
I only have 13,000 miles on this car, and it cant be my shocks because I have the Tein Flex kit installed?
Anyone else?

ya I have had all the problems you state...

as far as the window not going up, its the motor, not an electrical problem...

As far as i know it shouldnt be the shock that is squeeking, i think its some other suspension part that has to be lubed up...

the window problem might be in the wiring somewhere since the motor works some of the time. that happened in my old civic. i thought the motor went bad but tested the wires and the motor wasn't getting any current. the dealer doesn't want to fix that because it's a pain in the a$$ to see where the fault is in the wire especially if it's in one of the rear doors of a sedan.

the radio??? wasn't there a tsb for that?

rattles... our cars arent the best for rattles... if your accident was there then that might actuall be the reason why it rattles.

and the squeaking is likely from a sway bar bushing that needs some grease. that happens with every car esp. if you drive it through winter... i see you live in la so that wont be the case. but that's a quick fix

hope that helps you out.

My passenger side window was also having the same problems, but I took my down to the dealer and they replaced it at no charge (warranty will cover this, and my is a 2003)... this is a common problem with our cars.
