clicking noise while accelerating?

So here is the problem...When i let off the brake and start to accelerate it will make 2 real quick click noises...then when each gear changes in manual mode it will click once as well...also while downshifting in manual mode it makes a single click for each gear???>>!! Does anyone know what this is or have the same problem.

Sounds like the axle click... take it to your dealer ... they should know about it... should be fixed without cost.

Yep...

There is a TSB for it.

I have an appointment to bring mine in for the repair on Monday.

According to the TSB, they either remove the rear axel and replace the screws in it or they just grease it up... depending on the severity of the problem. It's a very common issue apparently.

Yours was only regreased then.

If they actually take off the axels and replace the bolts as well as regrease, I've heard it's as much as a 4 hour job depending on if they do one side or both.

Quick question
So TSB are free ?
I just got my G last week and so far I got the click and that fuel fill up problem.
So could I just call a dealership & tell them I got those 2 problems & I know they are a TSB ????

it was an hour and a half for me. Dropped off my car, went to go eat, and came back and picked up my car.

So what happens if you don't get it fixed?

Besides hearing that annoying clicking sound.
