Warranty...Blown Speaker?

Hey guys, was hoping for a little input here....

On way home from hour and half trip to LA yesterday, I suddenly notice some nasty scratching noise(blown speaker) coming from my front-passenger side speaker(could be tweeter or door speaker)

I have a 2004 w/ bose....

So my 2 questions are:

Has this happened to any one? and does the dealer warranty this?

Take it in, it will be replaced under warranty.

will it really? speakers are one of those things the dealer can blame you for..

worth a try though. let us know how it turns out

If there are no modifications done to your audio, and your speaker out of nowhere dies out, how is it ones fault? They HAVE to replace your speaker...
