I have a 06 coupe with the aero package and im just wondering if anyone has a lip on the 06 sport bumper.

 

the 06 front bumper with sport package has a more aggressive leading edge. they do not make a lip for the 06. the non-sports package front bumpers look like the previous year models without the lip. you can get a factory lip and put it on yourself.

 

yeah i've search everywhere, but no one makes lip for the 06 front bumper. have anyone tried custom mod the old lip to make it fit to the 06?

 

look in the "body, and exterior" forum. I think Klumzee(not sure thats how you spell it) is making a carbon fiber splitter, which is similar to a lip.

 

im looking for a lip too. i think the pre-'06 bumpers with the oem lip looks the best. anyone know if the nismo bumper will fit onto the '06? im assuming it will.

 

i doubt you guys will be able to find a lip for the 06 sport bumper. if you want, id be more than happy to trade bumpers with you and pay you some extra cash i have a dg bumper

06 sport bumper is too complex and i dont really see any lips being mass produced any time soon..or at all

 

im thinking about swaping the bumper to the base one cuz im planning on adding the jdm foglights.. anyone have any experience with the jdm foglights on the 06 sport bumper?

Yeah, the 06 with the aero package has the lip integrated into the bumper. I personally prefer the previous front lip but if you have an 06, how can you complain. At least you get the projectors stock.

 

the projectors are nice, but its missing the LED strip that runs along the headlamp. its just chrome there now. not as impressive when you are just running the parking lights.

 

True. I really like the clearance strip and that is the one thing that I don't like about the 06 headlights.
