New wheel idea

Hey guys, check this out

Those are STOCK (yes stock) 17" mustang bullitt wheels that have been modifdied into 20" rims, with a 4" step lip added making 20x10.5" wheels. These wheels are beautiful in person and the finish quality is simply amazing. Anyone have any idea as to whether or not this can be done to our stock 18's as I love the design of them but I think they would great with a staggered setup and a fat lip. Also, if it can, who does it?

Thanks in advance

We could prolly have a custom set of wheels made by someone with a 15 to 20 set minimum. We could just send them the stock 18's and tell em to make these in 20's

Very interesting idea. But sounds expensive. I suppose it requires someone to cut off the original lip and have a 20" ring welded to it. The problem is, it makes an already heavy wheel, even heavier IMHO.

i bet that would cost more than 500 dollars a wheel

why not sell your stocks and buy new ones, which would look a lot better
