i have noticed that my car has vdc on at all time ad automatically turns on after you restart your engine. I like it off. Is there any way i can make it off on all time instead of having it on at all times. BTW: Noob question, does vdc take up more gas?

 

There is a button on the driver side console (next to the dash light dimmer) that you can push to toggle between VDC off/on.
