Can mods lock a thread on the basis of it dangerously emulating a ricer forum???

G's arent fast stock. I have an 07 coupe and its not that fast. I raced my friends 07 with my mustang and put 5 car lengths within 3 seconds.

yeah, go look at any dyno chart and you can see peak is at about 6400, you're losing power in that next 1000 rpms. set your rev light to start flashing at 6400 and shift when you see it start flashing.

you're launching at 4500? that sounds a little high too. how much wheel spin are you getting?

^so do the Gs depending on the track. Take the s2k to the track and do 5 1/4 mile runs on the 4rth run either diff will blow or u won't be able to use the clutch anymore.

How many miles do you have on your G? Is it brand new? You know they have a break-in period? I'm not sure "when" the break-in period ends, but I hear you get peak performance after the car's engine gets broken-in. Maybe someone can comment about that for you...
Does VDC off really impact the power in a straight away?

Yes, when shifting into 2nd at redline, a quick shift will cause the tires to chirp hard, and when doing so, if VDC is on, it will cut major power for about 2 seconds.

There absolutely no way it has anything to do with the driver. Not even a possibility.

thats odd. I just got home and raced an evo 20 minutes ago. We started at 50 and went to 120 the first time...I beat him by about 2-3 cars.

he wasnt happy so he came up a second time and gave the signal at about 50 again- went to 140. I won again with more than 3 cars.

reminded you, I have a N/A g35.

I definetly think driver has a big role

just my .02
