No matter how fast it is, no matter how you fold it, no matter if it is also called a srt4, its still a f-ing neon. I still remember those gay "HELLO" commercials. Its a bummer dodge won't put that driveline in more styleish 2 door. Fast car out of the box for the money, but ugly as hell. And its a neon!

I had no idea that the SRT-4 drivers had such a reputation. It's kind of funny if you really think about it. Had I known this before my little 'encounter', I would have handled it all differently.

I was a previous SRT-4 owner and I was never like that at all, I wouldnt even race unless the other car was the one that would provoke me, but I guess my loud *** greddy BOV would provoke just about anyone.... Anyway the G is a much better car all around, but in a race the G doesnt stand a chance... FI is the way to go but you better hope the SRT isnt running a big turbo... then its a whole new diff ball game...

ROFLMAO!!!! Do you think Al is now driving a SRT-4? hehe. I ran an SRT-4 from a dig, but only to 100. From the dig we were even, but he had a half a car at about 85 on me, my girl was in the car, and its was dead empty (1am). We both gave props, and drove off normally, then a newer Porsche 911 Turbo came along and spoiled everyones fun

I don't think u respect ur previous man, u dropped that and got u a G! heheh j/k... Anyway, had encountered 2 SRT4 before. I'm sure they will kick us stock G on 1/4 mile, but hwy is different. Ran into 2 different SRT4 same night (stock I think), both of them got passengers and I was alone, so I guess that even out a little. I believe it was 70mph roll and both times none of them can catch up. POWER to WEIGHT. .... I still love my G!

What gear are you in when rolling at ~60-70mph to beat them at those speeds?

Yeah I know right LOL what the hell was I thinking... I have always loved the G since it came out in 03.. Finally got one now in 06... The SRT was a fun little car especially mine (392whp and 490wtq)... But it got me into too much trouble so I decided to go with the looks and with enough go for me to enjoy.....

Well, I don't beat up my car that much, but that time at rolling I was on 4th, then threw back to 3rd when started and wasn't long to hit red line I threw back to 4th then walked from then.

They have to make them fast because no one wants to be seen driving them! I'd rather go a little slower and look good. My stepmom had one and hated it, she called it the K-mart car, and said she felt like it was always smiling at her and she wanted to kick it. My dad traded it in after a year and bought her a new cadillac suv.

a friend of mine has one... unfortunately very easily modded... a $5 spring from home depot on the waste gate will up the boost from 15 to 20... my friend did that downpipes, larger intercooler and an intake and hes running low 13's... i've recently raced an SRT-4... guy thought he was a bad *** cuz my car looks stock but when we went to WOT i thought him a lesson... pulled on him all the way through... it was on a 40mph roll... it was on a hwy close to my house around 2am guy didnt know what hit him... i go off the freeway and he followed and at every light he'd pull up next to me and keep reving as if i hadnt just handed him his @ss... i ignored him for the most part until we came to a light with no cars infront and me and him next to each other... i torque braked launched and just kept pulling on him worse then before... pulled up to the next rolled down my window laughed at him, and told him i have an auto... he made a right turn on the next street.

SRT-4 owners think they're bad @sses until they come across someone with enough bite behind their bark... then they have little to say

SRT4s are cheap to upgrade and they get warranty from Dodge because its mopar parts. the good part ends there.

Ive seen so many in Rochester because its like neon world up in here. So its only natural to see SRT4s. I wouldn't waste my gas on those rice rockets...Truth of the matter is, if you are a good driver, chances are you can take a stock SRT4 because it's so hard to launch a SRT4.

base on my times at the track, I'd be dead even on a perfectly driven srt4.
