Will these seats fit in my G35C?
Will these seats fit in my G35C?
These are seats from a 1997 J30 and they look alot more comfortable than the current G seats. They seem to match the interior color pretty well, but does anyone know if they will fit? Please let me know.
Thanks,
Pete

Re: Will these seats fit in my G35C?
can't tell you if they will fit. i would think you could find out at the dealer if you don't get any replies here.
are you changing them out solely for comfort?????
i have VERY LITTLE headroom and i tried to get in with a helmet on (i want to take it to the track) and NO WAY. i probably need 2 or 3 inches MORE.
i was wondering if you might be swapping for headroom or if any one else has any suggestion for how to get more headroom.
my options thus far:
1) i could swap a race seat in and out since i'll only be going to track once every month or two. any have any comments/thoughts about this???
2) there is an ambulatory company in scottsdale that prepares vehicles for physically challenged people. i was told they can cut the rails. any experiences there???
3) a seat rebuild won't work. i went to a highly reccomended upholestery shop that has rebuilt a seat for a coupe (took out lumbar, more bolsters, etc.) and they informed me that it would get me less than inch. probably about 1/2 and inch.
i don't know what else to do. with the electrical for heat and adjustment, doesn't look like i can do much with stock setup.
thanks!!!
