doesn't seem like it's your fault, so civic's insurance company will take care of it....

I went to my lawyer today, and the claim was put. I believe an adjuster from my insurance company is coming to assess the dmg, and I think my insurance company will be doing the repairs and then getting reimbursed from the other guys insurance company. We dont know yet what will happen. Quite frankly, this SUCKS. I will be going to Enterprise tomorrow to go pick up my Econobox dinky winky rental car. They better have cars with manual transmissions or else Im going to be MAD! lol

That's painful to look at. But on the bright side, you're okay, it could have been a lot worse, plus it's only a lease it's not like you'll be stuck with the car for life. Make sure you take it to a reputable body shop, I don't trust those "dealer will fix it best" statements.

make SURE you also make your insurence company pay for depreiation loss as well, because I'm not sure, I am the leasing manager at my store but i just started the position, but I know with other leasing companys such as HANS, they will charge you the depriation the accident caused to the car. I will check up with AIM tomorow becasue that is the company that all NILT are inspected with; at least over here in NY.

Sorry to hear that bro, I feel for you...

Similar things almost happened to me this morning on my way to work
there was one **** (fuking 7-ppl van) tailgating me for a few blocks..
till I was trying to stop when I saw an orange light (I knew I was going to run a red..and I dun like running red lights); but then I see this **** in the rear view mirror not even trying to stop...I had to gas it to get out of the situation. +he ran the lights too, I was so freaking mad...

I can't imagine myself being in your situation with the **** actually hit me in the ***...

with regards to diminished value, I believe you can talk to your insurance or you can sue the other party's insurance (remember to hire an independent adjuster to estimate the dimished value, there are quite a few memebers on this board who has done that)

Good luck bro.. It hurts to see a G damaged like this
