Unhappy Horrible night :(

Well yep....a night that supposed to be wonderful, quickly made a U-Turn. I was rear ended last night by some f*cking IDIOT not paying attention.

Here is some of the disgust I can share with you...

Underbody and suspension damage

How much damage does it look like? Im thinking 5-6K
The car is a lease. How much diminished value do you think I can claim?

Still so bummed out about it, I hate seeing my baby like this, it seriously hurt me seeing her get pulled up on the tow truck.

Sorry to hear and SEE! yikes! How new is your ryde? You still have the barcode on the corner window. haha Well to answer your question about diminished value....it's leased so I wouldn't care. As long as you take it to an Infiniti dealer recommended bodyshop, you'll have no problems giving back the car. Yea you're probably looking at between 4 to high 5k in damages depending if there's no structural damages to the frame.

Good thing you're not a claims adjuster. You'd make all of our premiums skyrocket!!

wait wait wait...you stopped in the middle of the intersection because you couldn't make a complete U-turn? Are U-turns even allowed at that particular intersection? Don't know about Florida but here in socal, no U-turns in business intersections unless sign posted.

No no, I meant to say my NIGHT made a u-turn, we were supposed to have a fun night, and 5 minutes before we arrive at our destination, I get rear-ended.

Sorry to see that bro. Looks like it could be more than 5 or 6k. Maybe closer to 10k. Some people just plain old suck. Was he just not paying attention or was there something else?

$15,000 is high, but $5 or $6000 seems a bit too low. I had no structural or suspension damage, had panel and wheel damage. Repainting, blending and wheel replacement cost the insurance company $2600.

Your car is looking at a new rear end, swap out the rear suspension, possibly replace the tire and wheel, new bumper, work out the rear left panel, chassis straightening, paint and alignment. Can't imagine less then $7000 - $8000.

Good luck.
