odd thing happened
odd thing happened
I was driving along normally and go to make a turn, and the signal indicator when the wand was down to go left was not making a audible noise and I was sure it was supposed to.... so I make the turn and try the right indicator ... no noise...
odd, so I pull into a parking lot and turn the lights off and the push the nav down and made sure all the lights and everything were visibly working and it was ..but no sound.
so, I turned the car off with the keys in it and it made this weird squeaking sound no too loud, kinda like a battery going dead on a smoke alarm or a home cordless phone.
Fired it back up normally , all was fine thereafter, the audible sound from the indicators were there and I haven't got it since... I wasnt driving it hard or anything and all is generally fine as far as I know.
I remember seeing something similar to this after a car wash, and to touch on that, there has been no rain or a wash for a few days so , I dunno
anyoneee???

Re: odd thing happened
yah thats happened to a few people here.
Seems like restarting the car solves the problem MOST of the time. Keep in mind that most cars use "relays" for turn signal noises.....the G has a small speaker that makes the noise...so if it fails again, take it to the dealership and they will fix it for you.
