Quick question about 06 coupe city lights / fog lights
Ive changed my side markers to clear corners with LED HID-look bulbs.
Now I notice that although they go pretty good with my 06 projectors, they look ridiculous with the 06 city lights.
What im wondering is, if I change my 06 city lights to lets say some PIAA Extreme whites (194), would I have to tamper or mess with the fog lights?
Usually I never use my fogs (and I doubt most of us city people do), but would these mis-matched colors from the city lights and fog lights conflict with visibility? (I also hope they dont combine to create some funky a$$ color). Im pretty sure the foglights were left yellow for visibility reasons.
And no the search feature didnt answer my question (for those who love the complain about people using it)
Thanks

just take the city light out!
and no it shouldnt affect the fog light at all. i have LEDs in my city lights and piaa plasma ion yellow fogs.
when i turn the fogs on they are just as yellow as they are suppose to be.
hope that helps

Well I really like the look and function of the city lights , except the color of it.
Im guessing your white/blue city lights do not affect the color [yellow] and visibilty of your fog lights beacuse of the strenght of your fogs right?
I hope thats the same case with the stock fogs mixing with PIAA extreme whites (or LED if I decide to go that way).

I forgot about the LED being a bad idea in the headlight housings...yeah its 12:30 so im a little bit tired
So I guess Ill stick with replacing the 06 city lights with PIAA Extreme whites and leaving the fog stock. ( I dont wanna spend too much on a lease)
Sound good?

so its just...blue then? haha
what kind of fogs you got?
not sure if they make this in the 194/168 but piaa xtreme force will probably match your HIDs better since you have some blue in them..
xtreme white = pure white
xtreme force = white with hint of blue (not blue with hint of blue lol...)
ive had both..loved em both..but loved the xtreme forces more

lol sorry
They are white ....like the way 06 stock projectors are supose to look like. The fogs are yellow. In other words EVERYTHING is stock except the clear corners.
