Sunroof Pops

I'm getting popping noises from my sunroof. I did the TSB and and lubed the gaskets and edges with silicon and I still hear the pops. It doesn't happen all the time, but mostly when I drive off my driveway. I just tried it with the sunroof open, it's still there. Has anyone experienced this and found the fix? Please help... Thanks in advance.

you got a 2006... why not take it to the dealership? plus they might have updated recalls for your car.

Actually it's cooler since it sits in the garage most of the time. When I drive off the driveway and I hit that edge to the street, that's when it pops. When I hit other bumps on the road, it doesn't happen. Seems like after it pops the first time, the frame reseats itself and it won't happen again till the car is parked and left to settle down for a while.

I had them check it on my first service date. They cleaned the gasket and edges and lubed them with a silicon compound. It popped on my way out the dealership. Turned back around, and got a mechanic to ride with me. NO pop. Service manager wanted me to leave it overnight so they could test drive it in the morning and possibly take it apart to inspect it. With the horror stories I hear in this forum about dealership carelessness, I wanted to see if I could fix it myself. If I can't, then I guess I have no choice.
