seatbelt scratches

I dunno if it's just me but hasd anyone else had there seatbelt retract fast and leave a scratch on the door?
can anyone tell me how to remove the scratch from the plastic...

No sir !! The only problem I have is that sometimes I close the door on the seatbelt itself....oops !!
