I would recommend you contact a lawyer and weigh your options. I am a business law student and know that currently the government is working on legislature that deal's with this type of situation. Seriously contact an attorney ASAP, you can retrieve your losses and put that loser in a heap of trouble.

do you have any info at all on him? now im not tryin to scam u but im a p.i. and if you have any info, full name, phone #, mailing address.. i can find most info on the guy, ie location, bills, ect. Id charge you strictly what my database charges.. nothing extra promise.. let me know if u have any info

Well PayPal decided my case in my favor, but only recovered $32 out of the $400 that I sent to jdmrsxs02. They say they will try to recover the rest.
