call your credit card company, they should credit it back to your credit card once you give sufficient information. (ie: e-mails)

I have paypal. Whenever a seller doesn't ship an item, I would file a dispute with paypal. The seller has to have proof that the item was shipped (such as tracking number). If they can't provide that, the buyer is credited the money back. Do that and I'm pretty sure you'll get a response from the seller.

maybe he died in a car accident, hope he fries for not letting you know or maybe he is out of town on a trip or who knows... at least he could have informed you that.

Like everyone else says, if you haven't heard from him, file the dispute with Paypal. You'll get your money, provided that he didn't withdrawal all of his funds and close his account.

Btw, how much are we talking about???

If he doesn't reply to the dispute, you automatically get your money back. I believe paypal will wait 10 days for the seller's response. After that, funds will be placed back into your account.
