So what kind of an ******* cop does it take to give me ANOTHER citation for the same exact ****?? I even got an extension for the original and told him about it, he said:


"This (the 1st citation) is not a permit to drive your vehicle legally"

I mean wtf?! I DID NOT KNOW that I could get fined again since the first time the cop told me I had till a certain day to get everything taken care of..?


Has this happened to anyone? I really want to argue this one in court, I honestly did not know I could get ANOTHER citation when the 1st officer told me I had a certain time to get things done... what the hell man..........

 

weird. when i had my beer can exhaust on my old corolla i got a ticket and i used that as a "permit to drive my car legally" until the date i had to change it. and yes i was pulled over after i got my first ticket.

you should fight this somehow. or maybe cops around my town are just nicer..?

anyway..im not a law expert or anything close to it but isnt that like double jepordy or something? just say you have work and have been too busy to take it to a shop to take it off..

whoa that's messed up! how much is the fine?

 

the 1st fine is 206 (they told me the jus went up) with a fix it for the plates.


I have def. been busy and I even have my plates in the trunk but no screws..


I will call up the court and see whats up.. I really dont want to take my tint off but if they keep bitching at me for it then I have no choice.. =/ dammit man_

 

If the tint on your car is too dark,then i suggest roll with the front windows down if you wanna keep the tint on your car.!!
As for the cop..They can be major ****** sometimes.

dang I have LIMO tint all around.. haven't got pulled over yet.. its been a year.... ur tint seems really light... don't know why cops are bothering u..

i've gotten a tint ticket before, opened my sunroof and when the cop came to sign it off, the sun was shining in and didn't look "too" dark and he signed me okay. I'd go and put "light" tint back on.

Let me know if u want a tint guy, i can hook it up for 20 bucks a window.
