I think many or most of the teenagers in California dress like him. He is only wearing a ball cap backwards...so what. I see 30- and 40-year-olds wearing baseball cap backwards down here.

haha. True that a lot of ppl dress alike but you are right, sometimes they just pull ppl over for WHATEVER damn reason. I do dress very differently sometimes, I carry a laptop sometimes too and dress professionally, all that jazz_

I live in California too and I know that a lot of teenagers dress like that. But add the style of dress to his ethnicity, age, and the car he's driving and he's going to get harassed by the cops.
