Should I sell my 03 G35MT coupe for a brand new Evo IX???? Is it worth it? Anyone has done it??

 

evo interior suxs you'll miss the luxury

 

If you want a faster car you should get the Evo but if you want confort and everything else from the G35 is better then the evo except the 2 doors. I would go with the G35 and if you want speed just get a turbo. Thats all i got to say.

 

I wanted to get an evo but the insurance is a little bit more on the evo than i can handle ($200 more for me)... U get use to the interior... its such a fun car to drive...The handling and turbo over shadows the interior... If i was u i'd get the evo.... especially if ur young... G35 to me is more of an older persons sport car... I like my G, but just wish it performed as well as an evo...

 

do it....less Gs on the road is a ++++ but in all seriousness my coworker just bought one for 31k OTD very good deal

I forgot to mention that i also have a modded 99 Eclipse GST. I just want an AWD car that can put power to the ground. I know that the Evo IX interior is not even close to the G35, but I would like to have a car that makes 500 whp & its AWD . Check out my rides www.cardomain.com/id/romogst .

i would take the EVO IX hands down that is if you are not going to crazy mod ur G. In the case that u make plans to get a turbo, i would keep the G, but stock for stock EVO all the way. the power of the evo is so seductive =)

 

keep the G, unless you just want a boy racer car. you would be faster 0-80, but top end the G pulls harder. the G looks better, better interior, better sound system, and chicks dig it more. evo is faster, handles better, has 4 doors, a lot more rare

take your pick, i would go for the STi instead of the evo though IMO

I had an 05 Sti...drove it for a year...and all the boy racers were constantly provoking me. I loved the car...but after a year...it got old...time for a touch of maturity and luxo, so I got the G.
Looks...hands down...G35>STi>Evo....but if its raw power and awesome handling that you want...go STi

 

I had an 04 STi just traded it in like 3 months ago for my 06 G. I missed the speed and the power and the all wheel drive, but The G takes my pick hands down. And your right, everyone and their mother wanted to race you. I would have people in chevy cavaliers start revving their engines at me because they had an exhaust put on it. I had to start looking the other way because I wasnt going to risk loosing my licence and car for racing because every shmuck with an exhaust on their car wanted to race me no matter where we were. Plus I had a crazy amount of people give me the ricer flyby and give me a stupid look like my car was slow, but when we were both at a red light and I was going to **** all over them, they wouldnt even look in my direction. But even that got old REAL QUICK. I am happy with my G. Though I will make it faster still.

 

U gotta be kidding an Evo is much better equipped than any sti. Fundamentally it has a stronger engine, stronger gearbox, and its quicker point to point too.
