Thanks (sorta)
I recently posted some pictures of graphics i created (emphisis on created) for my black coupe. I'd like to say to those who offered constructive critisism "thanks". Your input and some time spent looking at the work prompted me to remove them.
To those who were a bit more harsh well you know what i'm thinkin'.
I'v been building and showing custom cars for 6 years now and have had reasonable success. Many of my trophys are for "Best of Show", those come from being creative and pushing perspectives. Not from buying aftermarket accessories and applying 40 coats of designer polishes.
I'm sure many of you a quite content with the "G" as is. Its a beautiful automobile. Which is what prompted me to use it as a base for my current project. I'll continue to post my progress as it unfolds. Hope to be ready for the spring show season.
Hopefully I'll see some of my critics at upcoming events!
Again,
Thanks.

I think most on here are more or less 'purist' especially with such a gorgeous ride. I also think most here admire your creativity, so props for your work and good luck with the spring shows.
Like 'futureowner' says, keep us posted with pics.
I've updated you to Journeyman (50 posts).

If you don't want criticism then you probably shouldn't post pics. Did you think we were all going to like it?
I'm all for being original but don't slap vinyl graphics on your car and then talk down to people for doing aftermarket upgrades. I hate to break it to you but slapping vinyl stickers on your car isn't original.

you should really look at the Stillen 350Z. I think the graphics they have really suites the car well.
you just need to get used to the lines on the car, and make graphics that accentuates the natural lines. when you can do that, you will have a sure winner on your hands!

Do you really mean "created" or do you maybe mean "duplicated"? Those graphics look VERY similar (identical?) to the Stillen Z's graphics when it appeared in the Oct. issue of Turbo Magazine.
