Well If he is 99% sure, and he needs to know for his job. Then he should have some idea.

Actually I'd never buy a vert unless it was a roadster like a Miata, Audi TT or Z4. When you drive a roadster with the top down, you get the pleasure of top down driving without all of the wind. When I put the top down in my Audi TT and had the driver's side window down and the passenger's side window up, I got just a little more wind buffeting than I do when I have the window down and the sun roof open in my G. When I drive a full size convertible with the top down, I feel like I'm in a wind tunnel. That's why I think so many vert owners have their tops up even on beautiful days. The top of my TT was almost always down from March through November.

So before anyone buys a vert for the first time, test drive one with the top down and see if you like driving it at around 50 MPH.

Then get the non vert, problem solved.

Even better, get the GTR if you want more power for more money.

My friend is already in a the GTR waiting list at a dealer. He couldn't wait to have that car.

Can't remember what magazine, but it had concept photos of the G35 Coupe Convertible. I'll dig around and try to turn one up.

Not a fan of convertibles but maybe they are REALLY trying to compete with the 3 series now since the g35 has been so popular amongst all age groups.

You are right, but sorry, no dates on the vert. You know Infiniti and dates. We get everything ready for them but when they actually ship the cars, that's has nothing to do with us. From what I know, they are working out the structual integrity of the vert. I wish they would show me some photos damnit but I'm sure they know things like this would be "leaked". Then again, how many times have they actually made a car and never release it due to many variables? All I know is that there is a hard top vert, and that it is still being worked on for the stiffness, structual integrity, etc.

Yeah... photoshop & *old*
That's been floating around since the first year coupe intro.
Maybe they'll finally get around to making it
