This is the second time I've had to drive a loaner car from Infiniti...they gave me an I35 this time...last time I had a G35 sedan. I really don't know what I'd do without my G. I get SO frustrated driving other cars. And OH MY GOD...I'm never buying another front wheel drive car again. Now that I've become used to the rear wheel drive...I realize that's the way cars are supposed to be. I feel like I have no control with a front wheel drive car. And nothing that I've ever driven feels like the G. What the hell am I supposed to do when my lease runs up in 3 years...????

Sorry...just had to vent and let everyone know how spoiled we all are to have this car.

funny you mention the front wheel drive thing. I am driving my i35 loaner right now (for the 5th time in 10 months) and with 255 hp they definetly should have made this thing rear or all wheel drive. If your not careful, traction control or not, you could get yourself into some serious trouble! I just dont feel safe in this thing.

HAHA I had a i35 loaner yesterday and that car is a POS. It was a brand new 04 and it had obut 200 miles on it. I said to my friend lets give it a good "break in" everytime I got out of a corner for 2 days there was smoke behind me. I wore out those tires so fast LOL. Threre were all sorts of smells coming from the car. I thought the engine was going to blow. I hit the revlimiter countless times.Most of the time I was under a red light and I just hit the rev limiter till it turned green. LOL I messed that car up bad.

Don't mean to trash you, but when you take your car in for service and get a loaner. Don't you want the dealership to take care of your car as if it was their own? So I guess you should treat the loaners the same as if it was your "G".
