If you go to the UPS Store to have them packed they will gurantee their pack job. In other words if anything gets broken or dammaged they will automatically reimburse you for insured amount. The pack job will be expensive, but the plus is the gurantee. If you pack them, and a UPS investigator deems the job insufficent packing then you are SOL, regardless if you insured them or not. UPS has very stringent packing guidelines, and through experience if you use the packing method as stated above and something gets damaged UPS will NOT reimburse for the damages. I've worked in the industry for 10 years so I know what I am talking about. Protect your investment.

yup thats the best way... IF its only rim be very careful on how you wrap them because like i tuold you, most loaders and unloaders dont care, and just let them drop for a 4 ft height.

i'm dealing with shipping wheels as we speak. it's been a major pain to pack them so they won't get damaged. but i'd rather do it myself...
