Hmmm, and the M3 will look just like the thousands of other M3's running around. The new coupe may not be as fast but it will be the hottest car in that price range on the road. Bar none...

One thing I'll admit though, looks wise the '08 G will be a big slap for Bangle...

the 08 M3 will SMOKE the 08 g35.
the g35 is pathetically slow, even if it was a rumored g37, it can't match the outgoing e46 m3's stats: 0-60 = 4.8 secs, 0 - 100 = 11.5 secs, 1/4 = 13.4 secs @ 106. even the concept nissan supercharged 350z gt-s w/ 382 hp can only do 0-60 in 4.8 and same 0-100 as the old e46 m3. we're all dreaming the new coupe will be fast but it'll be slow... probably a match for the 335i if it was lucky. not a hater, just a realist.
anyway, 70k vs 45k is quite a difference anyway ($54k for stripped 08 m3 + options + tax = 70k. price sheet is on autospies.com).
and the m3 is in the league of the audi rs4, the nissan gt-r, the lexus is500 (all 60k-70k cars), not our g35 coupe.
