the seat started making annoying creaks etc..... driving me nuts.... read the forum found the TSB but its not coming form under the seat, its coming from the reclining frame (back support part) anyone experienced something like that ? and got it fixed under warranty ?
also there is a engine clicking noise at idle hope they wont give me bs about my cai or i ll print out and give them the bulletin did anyone visit their dealer w/ those problems ?

Take it to the dealer for the seat creaking. What sort of engine clicking noises is it making?

If you're worried, take off the CAI. But if you wanna risk it, that and depending on how your dealer is, then it's up to you.

Bad news for me was that the creaking chaire noise wasn't from the TSB So, as of right now, they are replacing the seat (so they say, since I haven't gotten the seat in the car yet). The car is in the dealer as I type this. They tried 3 times to fix the seat but no go. So, I'm waiting for it to come in and driving a loaner.

So, how's the new seat? I don't want to have to do this whole thing again even after they replace the whole seat.

I had mine fixed under warranty a while back, it had this annoying rocking/knock sound while driving. I also complained about the seat side bolster collapsing. They replace my seat cushion and seat bottom, and fixed the bracket under my seat at the same time. Never had any problems since then

The back support, frame was bended and that was the result of making those creaking noises, they ordered the part and will replace. So if any of you have a creaking sound coming from the back support check with your dealer.

hate to bring back an old thread, but this is killing me!

My coupe driver's seat started squeaking every time I took a turn... it was really loud and annoying. So, I went to the dealer and they replaced the bracket/frame underneath the seat... ONE HOUR after I left the dealer, it started squeaking again. But this time, it squeaked on ANY little bump or turn... and even louder.... to the point where my music doesn't drone it out. It goes away after I adjust the seat height, but comes back in a few minutes.

Has anybody figured out a PERMANENT fix for this, because replacing the bracket obviously didn't work...? Please chime in if you had experience with this...
