Looks like I'm the only one to follow Infiniti recommendations and change the oil every 3,750 miles (which is 4-5 months for me).

I do the same, except that's every 2 months for me of city and highway miles.
I only use Mobil 1, since the first change at 1,500 miles.

buy some quality oil that runs the 15,000 miles and be done with it. BMW does this with their cars now. So why should ours be any different.
