Cool New G35MT dumb question

I just got my coupe. I got that nice leather box with the manuals, etc. Does that go in the car somewhere? I see some velco straps on the bottom of the box. Yeah I am a noob. lol

you stick it to the trunk's felt or carpet prevents it from moving...save some weight and leave it in the house.

the med kit goes on the left, the manual packet goes on the right, in the trunk. That's the way mine is.

Actually, the med kit is in the center rear console (in between the rear passenger seats), if you have a Coupe. The Pleather manual has some velco-like stuff on the bottom so it can go in the trunk and won't slide around. I took mine out and left it at home, along with the Infiniti pen

OK thanks guys, yeah might as well leave it at home. I like the credit card key, what a great idea!

It tucks nicely into the recess in the rear of the trunk on the passenger side (right). It also looks nice there with the carpeted trunk mat. I've found it handy to have with the car as well. I just tucked the med-kit behind it in that recess, as it fits and is then out of sight.

I might consider moving my med-kit to the rear console. My son always pulls the cover open to look in there and I'm not sure I want him to find it.

I have mine in the trunk but I think I should leave it home so I can save some weight. Why didn't I think of that That may save me .00001 Sec on the 1/4 mile

Edit:I think the better word is "Space" leave it home so you save space since the trunk is to small already.

Maybe you can find an aftermarket leather box, made of CF, to help save some weight???
