Debadging emblems

Hey guys, yesterday I tried debadging my car. I was succesful at taking the letters of, but completely screwed up trying to take off the glue that holds it. I see backround images of the emblems, and i kinda fuxed up the paint. Is there anyway to get rid of the left over glue and make it look more clean, and possibly any way to buff out the scratches i made trying to scrape off the glue with my nails?

goo gone does the trick, sometimes when i was my g though, it leaves an outline with the water..its kinda cool. and for the scratches you could probobably get one of those paint pens that infiniti has for the paint...

uh.. i don't think anything can undo the damage done by your nails, but the suggestions above will handle the remaining glue

Goo Gone is good like everone else said.
When I debadged my car, I used polishing compound a few times, and then put a few coats of wax on it. That got rid of the "letters" left behind.

^ what he said, you might consider using rubbing alchohol instead of GOO GONE, especially since you might already have some at home.

Make sure to heat up the glue before goo-gone'ing it...it makes easier on your heart.
