Bad day for my G (car accident)

So today i was heading home from working out, which made me really hungry, so i was on the highway, it was raining and the floor was really wet, i wanted to go pass this truck infront of me in the left lane, because i need to turn and i dont want to stay beside him cuz it ll dirty my car. So i was going around 60 k/m, the recommanded speed. I press on the gas to hard, now going at about 70 k/m, then the back lost control and swerved to the left lane, so i slammed the brakes and turn left. I heard a huge *KONG*, then i knew to hit the wall.

i guess all i could blame is myself and the stupid summer tires...there were no dents or anything, just that my rims got a really hard hit. I guess i m lucky walking about from this accident without getting hurt ...well, this wouldnt be much of a threat without pictures

bak wheels

remember to drive safe G owners!

Dude, sorry to hear and see that man. Good Luck getting all back together. I need to get all 4 of my wheels fixed. Tons of 'road rash'...

good thing you have relatively minor damage. guess you can use those rims to put winter tires on (now get some 19's!).

hmm going 60 and pressing the gas at wot, wont cause a fish tail, you probably gassed it and turned the steering wheel at the same time.

you can get the rim repaired for 150-200 or just buy some new rims.

Its weird, i swear i didnt remember I turned beacuase i was still behind the truck when the accident happened, so it wouldnt make sense for me to turn before that...could it because of bumps? i actually have no idea y the car would spin out on me. It just lost control, and next thing i remember i slammed the brake and try not to hit the wall. It all happened less than 1 second i think.
