Hi guys.

I've had my 06MT for about 4-5 months now, and quite frequently I get a weird sound when I let off the gas and press in my clutch when I'm moving in 1st gear. It's sounds like the clutch and flywheel are sticky and then violently being ripped apart. I think I usually get it when I first start the car. I haven't really noticed it after I drive for a while.

I'm just wondering, is this normal? If so, can anyone explain the mechanics behind it? I'm just really curious as to why it feels like the clutch and flywheel are sticking together. I never get the sound in any other gear than 1st. Also, if there any tips to help avoid the noise altogether, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!
