G35 Coupe Radio Display

Hey guys I recently found out I can display the title and artist info on the display which I thought was pretty cool. BUT, I don't think it scrolls! If that's the case then that really sucks because I usually only see a part of the track title and that's basically it. Is there a way to make it scroll???

Try pushing the display button once. It will show the next set of characters in the name/title.

Radio - Scrolls automatically (based on the station's broadcast)
CD with Text/MP3/WMA - Scrolls to next set of characters when you press the display button
Satelite - Doesn't scroll, just the first 10 (I think) characters.

For FM stations you must tune into a station that supports RDS (it'll pop up on your display real tiny) in order for the song title & radio station name to show up. Again this is only on FM band.

Just to add to this, your radio, in FM, will display a little "RDS" in the left hand upper corner of the display IF the radio station is broadcasting RDS information.

Some radio stations only do RDS at certain hours.. some all the time and some.. never.

Also, your RDS receiving can be turned on/off. To do this you have to press and hold your display button. My RDS was off by default... I had to turn it on.

I was stoked when I found out it plays mp3! Especially with the 6 disc changer too. Very cool...
