Price Too much?

I have been looking for a G35 for a while now, and havn't seen the Black on black coupe that ive wanted until now. The '03 coupe ive been looking at only has only 18k miles with 6spd/premium/Brembos/Aero. The retail price was at $31,999, and i think thats ridiculous considering the 06's start at $34k. Now i was working with the dealership, and the lowest ive gotten was $30k out the door. Its getting towards winter, and im thinking that they might wanna move out some of the inventory, but the car just came in. I dont really know what the average price a G35 coupe like this goes for. Or what others have paid. I just wanted to get some insight on the price, and what kind of prices i should be looking for. Ive tried KBB and NADA, butt hose dont always give real pricing. Should I wait until it has been there for a while then make a lower offer?

That price is way to high. I wouldn't even pay that much for a 2005! It also might depend how many miles are on the car. If it has under 10,000 miles then you might end up paying that much for a 2003 with those options. I know i almost baught a 2003, silver 6 speed with those options as well with 45,000 miles on it for 24,000. I think you should wait and see. I have a 03 black coupe with tan leather. The tan leather is extremely nice except that it shows the dirt if its not clean, but its your car not mine.

Like i said i would wait you can find the same car for atleast 5,000 less.

Ok. It was either this car or a Brand new 2006 350z base. But, i prefer the G since it has SO many more standard features, unlike the z without cruise control, and LSD. But at the same time, im thinking brand new car. But I will wait for a better price.

Funny thing is the dealer most likely got the car at manheim pricing in the low $20K range. I know this because I took my car to carmax just to see how much they would pay and they lowballed the heck out of me. $31 is way too high. Hold out for mid $20s.

Dont worry you can find 93-94 in the low to mid 20's.

I just bought (on this site) a 2005 coupe with every option and volks AND only 5000 miles for 32k So that price for a 2003 is just plain crazy
