EZ-OUT

your welcome

is the head sticking out or did you snap it off. If the head is still sticking out, apply break-free liberally and go with vice grips. There is a product out there that is like an external ez-out, it have teeth inside it that are at a reverse pitch and dig in as you turn to loosen. I would just go with vice grips if you can grab it or get an ez-out.

Or, let someone with experience do it for you.

I typically just use a needle nose pilar and twist it out. If the bolts in really in bad shape, I'll drill a hole with the drill bit, screw in the corresponding screw and take it out that way.

if there is no way to get it out with pliers then i would highly suggest drilling it out. thas what i did to get off my accord rotors when i stripped 1 of the screws holding it on.
