What a day I had with terrible drivers today.

Exhibit A: I was about 3 inches from being side swiped on I91 by like an 80 year old man driving an Excursion merging onto the highway. I repeat, a Ford Excursion. Shouldn't there be a limit on the size of car you can drive at certain ages?

Exhibit B: A guy in an 18 wheeler forced me out of the fast lane and into the breakdown lane on the left side of I84. Apparently even when you can see their mirrors they can't see you. I was saying to myself, "what the fu<k is next." And then...

Exhibit C: I finally got to within a few minutes of work when an old man driving a pick up truck with a plow on it - you know for all the snow we have had this summer - blew a red light and almost took out myself and the car in front of me.

Mind you this was all within about 25 minutes. Apparently they were all mesmerized by the site of the G and lost their ****

 

Consider you and your G lucky! Go out and buy a lotto ticket.

 

ya, it happens, i live in orange county and traffic is terrible, women are either on the phone or putting on makeup

 

I swear everytime I see a dumbass eating, talking on the phone, putting make up on, etc on the street, especially freeway, I keep my disntace. They are all horrible drivers.

I feel you on horrible drivers... I get them everyday

Can you guys still use your phones in the car? There is a law in Connecticut now that you can't use the phone without hands free. I think if you're under 18 you can't use a phone at all. It's like $100 for every time you get caught

 

Yeah this law is in a bunch of places now, but in most of these places that have this law, the cops are too lazy to enforce it and would rather hide on the side of the road somewhere with the radar gun on gunning people and pulling them over and giving them a ticket as their means for generating town/state/county revenue. Observing whether people are using a cell phone is too much work for these over-worked cops who are ALL seriously giving tickets to us to improve and promote safe driving (although i do commend those cops who pull over people who are driving like idiots endangering other people's lives)

 

By the way, i recently read an article on CNN about how drivers in the northeastern states are some of the poorest scorers on a nationwide standardized driving test (based upon individual state written tests). They were scoring only 10-15% of the questions correctly.

Meanwhile, drivers in the northwest (Oregon, Washington State, etc) were scoring the HIGHEST, getting something like 75-90% of the questions right.

 

FloriDUH has the WORST drivers anywhere.

 

my g almost got ****** up today...i was in the far right lane and i was approaching a car in the lane left of me. all of a sudden the guy starts coming into my lane. i honk my horn and the fool keeps coming in my lane like wtf are you deaf?!? he finally moves back into his lane. i was inches away from the curb and he was like an inch away from hitting me. good thing i got skills. he obviously didnt check his blind spot...he had to be around 60 yrs old...if he hit me i dont know what i wouldve done to his ***...

In NJ you have to have hands free while driving or you get a ticket yet I have seen at least a dozen cops driving while talking on their cell phones.
