Lower HP on new G35Cs

I went to the OC Auto Show Thursday and got Infiniti's 2007 short catalog. It now rates the G35C manual at 293 HP and the auto at 275 HP while the new sedan gets 306 HP for both. They had the 2007 sedan on display.

I guess Infiniti recalculate the HP using the new SAE standards. There was no torque info. Does anyone have more info?

Did it mention anything about the VQ35HE? (aka the next gen of VQ engines)

Grrrrrr.

For the 903287233'th time. The 2007 Coupe is still based on the current engine design and was re-rated using the SAE system. It's the same car as the 2006 for all intents and purposes. The sedan has the new engine. Look for the '08 coupe to have the new engine and new design.

Did you even try to search this forum before you posted a question that's been posed too many times already???

this is realllllly starting to get annoying. usually reposts do not bother me..but if you claim you are interested in a car...enough to come onto a forum...maybe you should actually know about THE MODELS AND YEARS BEFOREHAND?????!!
