My car hisses near the rear section(near the wheels I think). I don't know if it is an exhaust leak because my tachometer is stable when idling. What could be wrong? Thanks guys

Could be your fuel pump. I took the back seats out of my car and when i took the seats out and i started the car up there was a hissing sound, but i think its the fuel pump. Im not sure where the fuel pump is on this car so im not positive, but if its back by the tank then i bet its that.

Sounds like you ran over a Snake and it got caught by the rear wheel well

I think it is the fuel pump. Mine does it too... right near the rear right wheel. It seem to cycle on and off.... on for like 2 or 3 seconds, off for a second, and then back on. It's probably a pressure release from the high pressure line of the fuel pump assembly or something of that sort.
