what is the deal with the 6spd tranny problems?

i have 11k on my car and have been thinking of doing more mods on my car, but i wont if the the tranny is going to go. it has been fine so far, but i dont want to dump money into something that is guaranteed to fail. i will terminate my lease if my tranny goes. there is always a loophole if something like that goes on the car. let me know what the signs are. i just went to the track and everything was great. let me know

Dude, your transmission is not destined to fail, and are you planning to do tranny mods? =P
If the tranny goes bad and you decide to terminate your lease, the dealership is gonna rape you. They will give you bad credit and you will probably never be able to lease an Infiniti vehicle again. If you don't have tranny problems, don't go looking for them. Just enjoy your G35C and mod the crap out of it. =)

my thoughts exactly elussive.

vgrani....you are worrying too much, the 6MT problems are not a common thing at all. the % of failed transmissions is probably less than 1% so just go out and enjoy your G
