Horn wont turn off!!! Help!
Car works properly now. By the end of the evening my battery was dead. I took my battery out and charged it fully. I observed my battery tray was full of water...Too many puzzle pieces to determine the source of the problem, but I suspect the car wash aggravated something in the harness.
Sos
Car was off and unlocked
All of the sudden the horn starts blarring, we had to pull the terminal to get it to turn off. Then my Ac kept switching between functions, as if it were haunted, along with my RPMs going from 0-1k with no pressure was so ever on the gas. Managed to get the car home only to walk out to a dead battery, have seen some swaps done with the stereo but im unsure if that actually solves the issue.

File a safety report
Anyone having this problem, please file a safety report at http://www-odi.nhtsa.dot.gov. I have the same problem. Happened to me three times and yet I'm the only one the filed a report. The horns blasted long enough to burn out. Let's force a recall.

Has anyone found a solution to this problem? I have an '06 G35 coupe, with about 182500 miles and the horn will come on by itself. I have only noticed it happening on rainy days and sometimes it comes on and will not turn off unless i pop out the horn relay from fuse box next to battery. i have replaced that horn relay before and that did not fix the problem. i have taken it to a nissan dealership mechanic ( currently with them now ) at least twice. i am not very handy with cars, so fixing it myself is not an option. At this point I am thinking about just totally disconnecting the horn and only reconnecting it for a state inspection!! I hope some of you have found an actual solution!!

What horn?
My Infiniti g35 04’ coupe had the same problem. This happened to me when it was pouring rain as I was trying to take out all my grocery. I joined this group specifically for this topic as I was googling what to do. My horn freaked and started blaring and like just everyone did, started the ignition and it shup up. Manually locked the doors to come back to the car couple hours later to a dead battery. Had enough of the bullshit and took out the horn fuse. Someone need to find the key to this problem!

Additionally, check that the IPDM, relays, and wire connectors are dry and free of corrosion.
