Every G drivers out there, please dont ever ever get tint windows in Torrance, their name is 5 Star Tint , they located Hawthorn Blvd and Pacific Coast High Way, they burned my window trim and never pay for them !!!! becarefull guys !!!!!! one more thing is there place where i can complain about this kind of matter !!!

 

I suggest sending a letter to the Better Business Bureau. I would also ask to speak with the owner of the shop before hand to try and resolve it. If that doesn't help other than filing a small claim for damages maybe you could send a letter to one of the investigative reporters at a major News Channel. I've heard those guys do some numbers on business' that rip people off. Good luck.

see the problem is that they wont let me speak to the owner of the store, well it has been two month already, i just gave up, cause when i was at the meet in torrance last time, some one ask me when did i tint my windows at !!! just tell you all guys dont go there !!! thanks for the advise.

i would think that if you just call and ask to talk to the owner about some made-up reason, they would give you his number or transfer you to him. if that doesn't work, why not just file a claim in small claims court to get the owner's attention.

and next time, go to The Tint Factory in Carson...their number is 310.516.TINT...they did mine and it came out awesome...real reasonable price and even more resonable if you get a group in that area to go at the same time. Ask for George, he's the Owner--they are located behind Ikea on Avalon in Carson
